Terms of Service

The service

ForgeField is a field-service operations platform: on-site capture, drafted estimates, customer-facing estimate pages, leads, jobs, scheduling, routing, invoicing, and reporting. We provide it as a hosted service and improve it continuously, which means features change over time. We will not remove something you depend on without telling you.

Your account

You are responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping access to them secure, and for what the people you invite do with them. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You must be a business, and at least 18, to hold an account.

Your data

Your business's data stays yours — leads, estimates, jobs, invoices, photos, and customer details. We process it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it, and we do not use your customer lists to market to them.

You are responsible for having the right to the customer information you put into the platform, and for the content of the estimates, invoices, and messages you send through it. Estimates and their terms are yours: you review and approve every one before it reaches a customer.

You can export your data, and you can ask us to delete it after you cancel. Some records are retained where the law or carrier compliance requires it — consent and opt-out records in particular, which we keep precisely so we can keep honoring them.

SMS notifications

If you opt in during onboarding, ForgeField sends text-message notifications about your account and service activity (such as missed-call alerts) to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out or HELP for help — opting out does not affect your service. See our Privacy Policy for how your mobile information is handled.

Acceptable use

Do not use ForgeField to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, to impersonate anyone, to store data you have no right to, or to attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend an account that puts our carrier standing, our infrastructure, or other customers at risk — and we will tell you why.

Fees and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate quoted when you signed up. There are no contracts and no per-estimate fees; you can cancel at any time and your account runs to the end of the paid period. Founding rates stay at the founding rate for as long as the subscription is continuous.

Availability and support

We work hard to keep ForgeField available and your data safe, and we keep off-site backups. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee — if you need one, talk to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can commit to it yet.

Disclaimers and liability

ForgeField is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for the pricing, terms, or accuracy of the estimates and invoices you produce with it — you review and approve those. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and we will notify account holders of material changes before they take effect.
